This Consent to Electronic Transactions and Disclosures (“Consent”) is provided by Finaya and/or it's subsidiaries (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) pursuant to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 7001 et seq.) (“ESIGN Act”), and any applicable state laws governing electronic signatures and records.

By affirmatively indicating your acceptance of this Consent, you agree to receive all disclosures, notices, records, agreements, authorizations, and other communications (“Communications”) from us electronically, and you consent to the use of electronic signatures in connection with any transaction with us.

7. Consent and Authorization
