(“ESIGN Act”), and any applicable state laws governing electronic signatures and records.
By affirmatively indicating your acceptance of this Consent, you agree to receive all disclosures, notices, records, agreements, authorizations, and other communications (“Communications”) from us electronically, and you consent to the use of electronic signatures in connection with any transaction with us.

You acknowledge and agree that Communications delivered electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such Communications be in writing. - Right to Receive Paper Copies
You have the right to request a paper copy of any Communication provided electronically. You may request such copies at no charge by contacting us. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for duplicate copies or non-standard delivery methods. - Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by notifying us in writing. Your withdrawal of consent will become effective within a reasonable period of time after receipt.
